Headlight Relay Harness Dual 40a Relays, 30a Fuse 2 Single Headlamps.
This Headlight Booster harness is just the thing you need, if your headlights are dull and yellow, or if they are flickering (older cars have a circuit breaker in the switch, when overloaded, it shuts off then turns back on when cool). That is an indication that you are not getting the full 12v plus that your battery can give, as by the time the power travels through your old undersized wiring, through old switches and relays (if you're lucky enough to have them at all!) then back through your engine bay to your lights.
Super simple to fit, basically, 1 wire to the positive + terminal of the battery, unplug both of your headlights, and plug one of the car plugs into the loom. Then the loom plugs into your headlights.
In a nutshell, what happens now is your cars existing wiring is just a switch, all the power is now traveling directly from the battery to the headlights.
If you have a Fairlane, GS, GT, LTD, Landau, Premier, Statesman, Chevy Impala, Datsun 1600, Celica, or other quad headlight car, you can use this loom to add brightness to the main headlights and relieve some of the load off your switch or we have a 4 light loom for you too.
Your existing headlights will now be much brighter than before, if you weren't getting full power.
With a pair of 80 amp relays and it's own 30 amp fuse, you can now also safely fit higher wattage bulbs, without risk of shorting out, blowing switches or starting electrical fires.

Headlight wiring upgrade
By: Michael De Araugo on 17 December 2021Brilliant product and works perfectly, headlight’s are bright again and completely eradicates the cycling of the lights on hi beam. [EDIT by CM - on 1969 Mustang, as the headlights are further apart] Needs the power lead to be longer to mount in behind the right headlight to use existing mounting bolts. I soldered in an extra tail and it’s perfect.

Headlight Relay Harness for Subaru Leone
By: Martin Southwood on 15 July 2020As per the instructions the harness was easy to install with no requirement to cut and modify the original wiring. In case there is a problem it is a simple matter to reinstate the original system. There has been a noticeable improvement in lighting performance. Very happy with the result. Only comments would be the 3 pin plugs connecting to the headlight globes are not sealed to prevent water ingress and the length of cable provided to reach from the battery side of the vehicle to the other could be slightly longer; I have had to run this cable over the top of the radiator to make it reach. Preference would have been to run the cable under the radiator as per existing wiring to stay away from the heat of the radiator
