Our Warehouse picks and ships orders Monday to Friday from our Carrum Downs facility, we use a wide range of freight companies to ensure that your orders are delivered to your door promptly and at the best price possible.


Click & Collect

Orders can be collected from our Carrum Downs Warehouse for no additional charge.  We are open from 8.30 to 5 pm Monday – Friday and 9:30-12 pm Saturdays.  Our address is 4 Cedebe Place, CARRUM DOWNS, VIC, 3201, AU.


Domestic Shipping

We offer a flat shipping rate of $20 on all small orders.  Small orders are classified as those under 5kg and/or 100cm in length. Any orders containing large/ excessively heavy or bulky goods may incur additional freight charges.  Should your order be subject to any additional freight charges we will reach out to discuss with you prior to shipping your order.  Examples of products that would attract additional shipping charges: Hoods, Leaf Springs and Consoles. 

For Smaller orders, we will use the Australia Post Express service network. Please note that Express Post is no longer Guaranteed Next day Delivery.  These items are usually delivered Metro to Metro within 1-2 Business days though exact delivery times will vary depending on your location.  For larger items, we will use one of a large network of Courier partners including Toll, Couriers Please, TNT and Hunter Express.  The Courier we use will be dependent on your location/cost/delivery time frames.

Most freight companies that we use will make deliveries between Monday to Friday, for this reason, we recommend that you use a postal address where someone will be available for collection during business hours. Please ensure that you double-check and confirm the shipping details as most shipments cannot be redirected once in transit. 

Due to the nature of the items we ship, we DO Not offer a guaranteed safe-to-leave option for our deliveries.  Should you not be home at the time our courier company attempts delivery your item will be taken to your local post office or depot for collection.  A card will be left at your premises with further instructions so you can finalise your delivery.  It is up to the discretion of our delivery drivers to leave the item in a safe place - whilst we can request this it is not always guaranteed. Please track your delivery as it reaches your destination to ensure the smooth arrival of your order.  Custom Mustangs will not be responsible for any for any orders once they have been marked delivered, including those marked "safe to leave"

**Please note if items are returned to us due to not being claimed additional delivery charges will need to be paid before re-shipping your order.


International Shipping

For international shipping, we use DHL Express.  International orders cannot be processed directly through the website - please contact us on 03 9708 2896 and we can discuss freight options and pricing before processing your order.  

Please note you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. All international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities while customs policies vary widely from country to country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.


Order Processing

In Stock Items
We offer same-day shipping on all orders made before 2pm for those items showing in stock and ready to ship.  Any in-stock items purchased after 2pm or on the weekends are processed the next business day.  In-stock products are displayed on the website showing an “In stock – Same day shippingstatus on the product page. 

Special Order Items
We have several products in our catalogue that are special order only items.  These items are usually made-to-order items or products we don’t generally hold stock of.  Special Order Products are displayed on the website showing a “Special Order Productstatus on the product page.  Estimated delivery times for these items are also displayed on this page.  Please note when you purchase and complete payment for a special-order product you are agreeing to the estimated delivery times stated on the product page.  If you require your purchase to be delivered earlier than the estimated delivery time displayed, please contact us PRIOR to completing your purchase to discuss if alternative arrangements can be made.   Please note once the purchase of a Special Order item is complete they are generally non-refundable, nor can we cancel your order once finalised.

Any items that are not showing in stock or do not have a special order status cannot be purchased through the website.  Please contact us on 03 9708 2896 to discuss the purchase and delivery times of these items.
