The 1988-94 Chevy and GMC pickups (and '92-94 SUV's) are the perfect platform for your dream truck build; good looks with a variety of drivetrain options are keeping the CK trucks hot. Once you've stuffed yours full of the fire-breather of your choice, monitor your monster with this direct-fit instrument system. Complete with sending units and your choice of carbon fiber or black or silver alloy face designs and backed up with blue, red or white LED lighting, your dated 90s dash will never be the same!
Fully lit needles, backlit faces, and two highly visible LCD message centers are a few of the things that you can see which set the VHX Series apart from yesterday's traditional approach to instrumentation. A few of the features which you don't normally see are the micro-controlled precision stepper motors, solid state sensors for unparalleled accuracy, and user-customizable display feedback, all supported by an unrivaled limited lifetime warranty which has become the standard for Dakota Digital instrumentation systems . Completely engineered and manufactured at our facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the VHX Series has completely revolutionized the instrumentation industry!
*System eliminates the gear indicator found in the OEM instrument cluster of models which had an automatic transmission. To add a shifter detent readout within the VHX display, add GSS-3000 Gear Shift Sensor.
System replaces the entire factory instrument cluster and lens assembly, fully remade with a billet aluminum housing and optical grade polycarbonate lenses.

LIGHTING:· Back-lit technology is popular with performance instrumentation due to precise lighting allowing you see what is truly important when you really need it at a quick glance. Each number, tick mark, annunciator, needle, indicator and digital message center is lit by a series of LEDs behind the gauge face.

CALIBRATION
Dakota Digital instruments are programmed by pushbutton. Use the included buttons to calibrate your speedometer, set cylinder count, and fuel level. Access all secondary data via the Digital Message Centers.
